About us

Welding

Welcome to the welding and sheetmetal division of Cedinor.

We offer several types of welding: automated Seam Welding, TIG / MIG manual welding and electric spot welding. We also offer CNC and Manual plasma cutting, sheet cutting and circle sheer, roll forming, tube and angle forming.

Cedinor is a company certify in IATF 16949 certify mainly in metal spinning process, but we extend the same methodology throughout the production floor.

Welding

Process

s1-01

Automated Seam Welder by GTAW

This process can weld tubes or plates. The process is PLC automated, where the operator fixes the material to be welded, either in tube or two plates, by means of mechanical fingers.

s4-04

Manual Gas Tungsten Arc Welding

Also known as tungsten inert gas (TIG) welding is an arc welding process that uses a non-consumable tungsten electrode to produce the weld.

s3-03

Manual Gas Metal Arc Welding

Sometimes referred to by metal inert gas (MIG) welding or metal active gas (MAG) welding. This is a welding process in which an electric arc forms between a consumable wire electrode and the workpiece.

s2-02

Electric Spot Welding

Electric welding or electric resistance welding is the process that joins two metal parts by passing current between the parts. The parts must be fixed by pressure so that the current can pass between them
