Welding process

At Cedinor we have advanced technology and equipment to provide efficient and precise manufacturing capacity. Our trained production staff can manufacture your parts to meet your requirements.

We have robust quality systems and certain processes are IATF certified, which we plan to extend to all our processes.

At Cedinor we are committed to delivering parts within specification and on schedule.

At Cedinor, we have the following types of welding:

Automated Seam Welder by GTAW

This process can weld tubes or plates. The process is PLC automated, where the operator fixes the material to be welded, either in tube or two plates, by means of mechanical fingers.

Manual Gas Tungsten Arc Welding

Also known as tungsten inert gas (TIG) welding is an arc welding process that uses a non-consumable tungsten electrode to produce the weld.

Manual Gas Metal Arc Welding

Sometimes referred to by metal inert gas (MIG) welding or metal active gas (MAG) welding. This is a welding process in which an electric arc forms between a consumable wire electrode and the workpiece.

Electric Spot Welding

Electric welding or electric resistance welding is the process that joins two metal parts by passing current between the parts.
