This process can weld tubes or plates. The process is PLC automated, where the operator fixes the material to be welded, either in tube or two plates, by means of mechanical fingers. Once the material is fixed, the welding cycle begins, which maintains a constant speed with a flawless finish. Our Seam Welder machine can weld diameters from 5 ¼” to 60” with a maximum length of 60”. 

With this process we can weld tubes quickly, allowing us to supply you with more tubes or sheet metal ducts per shift.
